Cancellation and Failure to Attend Policy

At Clear Water Gravity Colon Hydrotherapy, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation and value to attend Policy

1. Cancellation and Failure to attend Policy:

a. Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment please provide as much notice as

possible. Please note that your deposit paid upon booking is non-refundable

b. Rescheduling an appointment: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled

appointment time. Your deposit paid upon booking will carry over to your new appointment.

c. Late Cancellation: Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time

may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of your deposit.

d. No-shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a charge

equivalent to the full cost of the deposit.

2. Client Commitment:

a. Arrival Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment

time to allow for check-in procedures and to ensure you receive your full treatment time.

b. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate

other scheduled appointments. However, you will still be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

c. Preparation: To receive the maximum benefits from your colon hydrotherapy session, we advise clients

to follow any pre-treatment instructions provided by our staff. Failure to do so may impact the effectiveness

of the treatment.

d. Contradictions: through our online booking system, you would have had to agree to not having any

ailments that contradict receiving a colonic hydrotherapy treatment. We ask that you read these carefully

prior to your appointment to ensure mutual safety. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your deposit.

3. Refunds:

a. Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided solely at the discretion of Clear Water Gravity Colon

Hydrotherapy management. Refunds may be issued in cases of extenuating circumstances or

dissatisfaction with the service provided.

b. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us directly with your concerns. Refunds, if

approved, will be processed using the original method of payment.

4. Changes to Appointments by your therapist:

a. Appointment Changes: Clear Water Gravity Colon Hydrotherapy reserves the right to make changes to

scheduled appointments, including rescheduling or cancelling appointments, due to unforeseen

circumstances or operational needs. We will make every effort to notify affected clients in advance of any

changes.

to abide by the terms outlined in this cancellation and failure to attend policy. We appreciate your
